A simple, short, soulful and personalized form of Tai Chi for chronic pain and stress management. This can be used as foundational training in a comprehensive Yoga Therapy program. Tai Chi is especially useful for learning to sense energy flow, improving the quality of movement, and experiencing advanced physical grounding (standing stability) with two feet on the ground.
